Blue transparent tears
Black solitude shapes
Red lines in the fallow
The silky light on luscious nature
Uncovers her colours into radiant brights
Disregarded by the sleepwalkers
Unscrupulous the darkness decides
To grab the land and turn it opaque
Dormant Land is a handmade book about that barren land on where the urbanisation, indifference and foolhardiness the nature is transforming into an asphalt puddle.
Softcover papers made of farming waste, the kozo endpapers are sumi-e painted, 48 printed pages are on recycled paper, metal clip and thread stitched corners, 205 x 250 mm, not numbered and signed with a name seal. The edition was six books and distributed to dedicated photobook collectors around the world in 2018.
